Edouard Hart de Keating - Managing Partner

Edouard graduated with a degree in Management from MEF/University of Surrey and brings extensive experience in Sales and Marketing across various sectors, including hotel and tour operations, global commerce, and textiles.

Additionally, he has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Mauritius, where he has worked with one of the leading real estate agencies as an independent broker and co-founder of Square Meters Ltd.

Narain Sunassee - Managing Partner

Narain has extensive experience in the hotel industry, culminating in his role as General Manager of Cotton Bay Hotel in Rodrigues. He also has a broad background in real estate and development, having served as General Manager for a prominent group of companies specializing in real estate and property development in Mauritius. Additionally, Narain is a co-founder of Square Meters Ltd.

He holds an International Diploma in Hotel Operations, Marketing, and Management with Distinction from Cambridge International College.

Amritta Arnachellum - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As of January 2024, Amritta Arnachellum is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Square Meters Ltd. With over 20 years of management and operations experience, she brings extensive knowledge and leadership to her position.

In her role, Amritta focuses on streamlining operational processes, enhancing service delivery, and driving the company's mission to provide innovative and accessible property solutions. Her leadership is crucial in expanding Square Meters Ltd's portfolio and strengthening its commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.

Amit Gureeb - Head of Sales

Amit Gureeb brings over nine years of experience in real estate sales and leadership to his position as Head of Sales at Square Meters Ltd. With a keen eye for opportunity and a thorough understanding of the Mauritian property market, Amit drives our sales strategy, prioritizing performance, innovation, and client satisfaction.

He is highly regarded for his skill in closing complex deals, fostering long-term client relationships, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
