Please be informed that the final cleaning of all plots is under process since Monday 22nd of August 2016 and expected to be completed on or before Friday 30th of September 2016. Kindly note that now onwards, it is the responsibility of respective land owners to keep their land clean and tidy. Any request to clean your plot of land after the above mentioned cleaning process will not be entertained. This also applies to plots which have not been finalised yet.

Transfer of ownership of all plots have been done succesfully.

- It is now the responsibility of all owners to keep their respectives plot/s and the infrastructure of Balnea1, clean and tidy.

- Any issue regarding Balnea1 as from now on has to be reported to the District Council or relevant authorities concerned. 

- Alteo Ltd and Square Meters Ltd declines all responsabilities in case of theft, and / or  damages caused to Balnea1 infrastructure caused by the general public or natural calamities.

- It is also the responsibility of the new owners to collect their original title deed/s from the Notary office in charge of Balnea
