Infrastructure works on the site have started in December 2021

- Excavation for road works already completed

- Excavation for drain works in progress and laying of drain will start soon

- Water works will start shortly

Taking the above into consideration, it is expected that the works will be fully completed by June 2022 tentatively and under normal circumstances.

Delivery of plots will depend on the receipt of clearances from authorities and the final permit being issued. This is unfortunately out of our control. We will of course update as and when we have new information to provide.
