We are pleased to inform that the 2nd phase of the successful residential development that was Balnea I, at Trou d'Eau Douce, is SOLD OUT

Infrastructure works started onsite since the beginning of September 2019 and are now completed to the satisfaction of all authorities. Corner stones have already been placed on all plots.

 

We are pleased to inform you that the Morcellement Board has approved the project and the timing to the final signature is set as follows:

 

08-Dec-21 - Approval for Permit - 1st Board

22-Dec-21 - Approval for Permit - Ratification by 2nd Board

26-Jan-22 - Letter for Payment of Morcellement Fee (Received)

27-Jan-22 - Payment to Morcellement Board (Done)

28-Jan-22 - Morcellement Permit Issued (Received)

01-Feb-22 - PIN Application lodged  (Done)

09-Feb-22 - PIN Application Retrieved  (Received)

11-Feb-22 - Register Survey Report  (Submitted for registration)

16-Feb-22 - Retrieve Registered LS Survey Report (Received)

17-Feb-22 - Send Soft Copy and Hard Copies of PIN and Survey Report to Notary  (Done)

28-Feb-22 - Individual extract of Survey Report and Site Plan de Vente to Notary  (Done)

 

General cleaning of the site is completed. Land Surveyor has also verified that all the cornerstones are well placed. Clients will be able to visit their plots, onsite, as from the 08th of April onwards. Site visits will not be accompanied. Should there be any issues in finding the corner stones, please contact us on 59402140 or 59402150 and we will be pleased to assist.

 

Transfer of ownership has started beginning of April 2022.

Transfer of ownership of all plots have been done succesfully.

- It is now the responsibility of all owners to keep their respectives plot/s and the infrastructure of Balnea2, clean and tidy.

- Any issue regarding Balnea2 as from now on has to be reported to the District Council or relevant authorities concerned. 

- Alteo Ltd and Square Meters Ltd declines all responsabilities in case of theft, and / or  damages caused to Balnea2 infrastructure caused by the general public or natural calamities.

- It is also the responsibility of the new owners to collect their original title deed/s from the Notary office in charge of Balnea2

 

We will continuously update as and when new information is available.
